Delisa Dawn Spurgeon, owner of Stagewest Entertainment, has had a long and successful career as an entertainment agent in addition to being a seasoned performer herself.

Delisa’s talent was first recognized at the young age of 3 and she spent her early years being guided by Country Music Hall of Fame artist, Faron Young, who had a huge influence on her life and career. Delisa was nominated for Most Promising Female Vocalist in 1992 and 1997 by American Country Radio for her singles written by Max D. Barnes.   After spending many years traveling all over the U.S. as Delisa Dawn and Route 66, Delisa took the reigns as owner of Stagewest Entertainment.

Delisa is well known and respected as both an artist and Entertainment Agent by her colleagues and those she represents.  In 2022, she was honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Fairs & Festivals Associations in both Kansas and Missouri, awards given for providing invaluable service to both organizations.  She also recieved the award for Showman of the Year from the Association of Iowa Fairs.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

She's there to get things done...

"I have known and worked with Delisa Dawn Spurgeon since the mid 1980s when she was a full time professional singer and entertainer. I had the pleasure of booking her band in prestigious venues like the Riviera Casino in Las Vegas and high profile events like the Kansas City Spirit Festival.

When she took over Stagewest Entertainment, we often collaborated booking bands and eventually became co-producers of the showcases of talent at the Kansas and Missouri Fair Associations' annual conventions.

She has always maintained a professional work ethic, while never losing her delightful, upbeat demeanor. Everyone is happy to see her when she arrives on the scene. They know she's there to get things done, but fun to be around."
